Jakliva Digital is not responsible for third-party service issues (hosting, payment gateways). By engaging with JAKLIVA Digital, clients agree to clearly defined project scope, payment terms, and delivery timelines. All services are initiated after agreement confirmation. Intellectual property rights are transferred upon full payment unless otherwise specified. Recurring services are billed monthly as per selected package.
